In the process of becoming a patient at one of our facilities, you will be paired with an international medical coordinator who speaks “your language”.
He or she is your advocate within COT, and will help you access all of the exceptional services you would expect from a world-class healthcare system.
Our coordinator will be at your side to answer all your questions, provide language interpretation and accompany you to your appointments.

Before You Came
Your medical files and requirements will be reviewed and assessed before your arrival to Italy.
Our medical coordination process starts with the following:

of diagnostic imaging examinations
Preparing
a report that includes a treatment plan, an estimated length of stay and an approximate quotation

Besides providing medical care, we feel it is essential to take care of each aspect which may contribute to making your stay in our hospitals a relaxing experience.
Our team will provide what you need and take care of you in everything you need.
In our hospital you receive a high level treatment, including wifi and international TV Channels.
At the end of your treatment you will be contacted when the results are ready. We will send back all documentations, as well as the physician’s consultation and second opinion script.
Travel to COT
Cot has made arrangements for special rates with several trusted hotels near our main hospital centres. Please contact the International Patients Office to discover the most convenient hotel near the cot facility of your choice.
If you are travelling with your loved ones, we would be happy to provide assistance regarding directions, accommodation and leisure at any point before, during or after your diagnostic or treatment program.
Ask the International Patients Office if you need transportation services arranged such as a pick-up from/to the airport.
COT hospitals accept all major international private insurances. Inform your International Medical Coordinator about your insurance coverage before starting your diagnostic or treatment program.
We will provide as weel and invitation Letter for your VISA.
